Packing Shipments

The postage price is a flat rate of 11.90 EUR including VAT or the equivalent in local currency including VAT. We do not charge any packaging or other handling fees. If two different orders are placed, shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order.

The packaging is adequately sized, and your injections are well protected.

Shipping within Germany and Austria: The delivery time is usually 3-4 business days. All shipments are insured. If the shipment is lost by the carrier, you will receive a new shipment corresponding to your order within the replacement delivery period at no additional cost. Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier upon delivery.

Returns within 14 days: If you wish to cancel your order, please fill out the cancellation form and send the goods to our address.

Complaints: In case of a complaint, send the goods to one of the addresses listed below. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days through a refund or exchange.
